Aquinas Catholic High School

We Are Catholic

Founded in 1961, the Mission of Aquinas/St. Mary's Catholic School community is to provide a Christ-centered, learning environment to prepare students to deal with future involvement in church, family and civic relationships.

The Aquinas/St. Mary's community fosters a God-centered Catholic culture by providing a learning environment to promote academic achievement for all students by developing their unique abilities and interests.

Aquinas and St. Mary's Strategic Planning Team

Over the summer a group of faculty and administrators met to start a process for the long term health and sustainability of the Catholic Schools in the David City area.  As part of that process we determined that we need to create a Strategic Planning Team that includes faculty, administration, and members from the faithful communities that support the schools.
We will be hosting an informational meeting on September 9th at 7:00pm at Aquinas, to review the results from our work this summer and to review the Strategic Planning process that will be happening over the next few months. All parents, grandparents, and benefactors are invited to attend. If you are interested in more information, there will also be updates on the Aquinas website.
